That’s right ladies and gentelman.  WIDR fm is planing another Fight for the Tuna for this years Barking Tuna Festival!

Fight for the Tuna takes place on Saturday Sepetember 27th at Papa Petes, and this is a competition that will pit various local bands against each other for the top prize of opening up the final night of Barking Tuna Festival, October 18th at the Kalamazoo State Theatre.  The local opener will get the honor of opening up for School of Seven Bells, Black Moth Super Rainbow, and Mates of State.
All Michigan bands are welcome to participate in this event!

Please send all submissions to the WIDR offices by September 4th to be included in the selection process.

Bands/Artists will be expected to perform a 20 to 30 minute set.  Only five bands will be selected for the Fight for the Tuna Event.
